I do not know anyone that we start a petition and contacting our Congress on this issue. Because that's what it takes to get it.
In fact, say that they pollute as more pollutants than cars or motorcycles, especially since most of the bikes (I know) do not have catalytic converters, emissions and fraud than cars. My first car emissions of an air pump air into the exhaust gas is injected into the exhaust manifold is reached, thus "diluting" of the exhaust gas.
Mileage .. It depends on the bike. Some bikes only get 30-35 miles per gallon, by engine capacity, configuration, and treats them on performance. Mine is about 50 mpg and the rebels soon as 70 miles per gallon. Some of the big dogs get the same mileage on a car with 4 or 6 cyl.
