What is a user-friendly program I can use on my mac to edit photos, create cards & invitations, etc.? - create photo cards
I used Microsoft Digital Image Pro, but use of course not on my new iMac to load! I like a wide selection of clip art, fonts, I have Photoshop, but is a bit over my head. Thank you for your help!

Apple is a great program called Pages, which allows you all kinds of documents. It comes with many different models, including invitations, brochures, newsletters and more. Pages is part of the iWork applications, and costs $ 79 but worth it. May The iMac came with a demo version you can try before you buy, check the Applications folder to see "whether it is there.
For editing photos, you need to use the iPhoto software that is part of the iMac now. Pages, a link to all photos in iPhoto, you can use the templates to your own style and appearance.
